Steven Seagal Aikido Demo

This is an amazing demonstration of Steven Seagal showing some of his moves on what looks like a 16 year old asian pupil. I never had much respect for the man until I saw this and heard he also is one of the trainers for the most badass fighter in the world, Anderson Silva. Anderson Silva is undefeated in the UFC and has been moving up weight classes and destroying people. Enjoy the video!
